Will Britain ever take the Euro?

The Pound-Euro debate

The question of if Britain will take the Euro has been one that has been circulating since the Euro was first introduced. While there is not yet an answer, one thing that can be certain is that if the country does decide to adopt the Euro it will only happen after a lengthy and detailed discussion of the matter. According to former Chancellor Gordon Brown there are five tests that will have to be met before the UK will consider adopting the Euro in order to make sure that business will be conducted within Britain closer to the way that it is conducted within the rest of Europe to make sure that the assimilation is smooth.

Erasmus student choice

If you are thinking about taking an Erasmus year you may be having second thoughts since living in a new country for a year can be a bit intimidating, however, there are many reasons that you may want to pursue the idea a little farther because it will offer you an experience that you cannot get anywhere else. For instance, you get the chance to experience an entirely new culture that is filled with a fusion of cultures since students from all over the world will also be flocking to the same location for their Erasmus year as well.
